Reconnect You came about from my own emotional whirlwind of circumstances. It all started back in the late 1980's when I wanted to do some charity work, as I was feeling very grateful for the life I had. I was drawn to give something back to the community, and I became, by chance,  a voluntary counsellor, which lasted for 5 years. I was searching for something but I didn't realise where this was taking me.  The training I received was fascinating and it gave me a sense of self-worth, outside of the busy, creative, family life I led.  Years later, my life took a direction, that became one big emotional whirl. I  experienced a complete change of direction, and I wasn't sure where I would land!  

I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and embarked on a motivational course which later took me to delve even deeper when my travels took me to Bali, where I  searched into my past, the present, and where I wanted to go in my future. I fasted, and walked over hot coals with bare feet, discovering a whole new way of thinking. Although all the information they gave us made sense I still felt stuck in a cycle of emotion, which never seemed to end. I searched further and came across  EFT,  Boom! This was a gift, it helped me to slow down and emotionally gave me peace in my life again,  helping me to get more focused and let go of the stack of intensity, I had been carrying around, which led me to become a practitioner.  Much to my surprise, shortly after, I combined this with Matrix Reimprinting and set out to help others in a similar position that I had been in.  

The impact of conflicts leading to this point had enormously impacted my nervous system and I learned quickly there was a mind/ body connection between conflict and shock.  Situations I was fearful of, that I had found threatening had a knock-on effect on my health.  EFT and MR, have been a gift and have now become part of everyday life.

Further down the line,  my inquisitive nature led me to study Root Cause Analysis of Disease and I became a Meta Conscious Analysis Coach. Wow, that blew my mind, what a journey.  It all made sense! I had this complete conscious awareness of the bigger picture of illness to health.  Finally, I stumbled across Fascia Maneuvers which aligned beautifully as the movement practice needed to open up and release pain emotionally, physically and neurologically and it gives people a chance to belong to this powerful, amazing community connecting and sincing people who want to grow to be the best of who they can be.   Seemingly I stumbled upon all these modalities by mistake, but clearly, I was destined to unravel a whole new way of thinking.  I didn't consciously choose to do this, it is as if there has always been a pull in this direction, that sits so comfortably,  to embark on this journey.
